Membership Terms & Conditions

By becoming a Giffen Aesthetics member, you agree to the following:


  • Your first $99 is available to spend the day after you join Giffen Aesthetics, however you will receive membership pricing immediately upon joining.
  • Membership cost is $99 per month, and monthly dues will be auto debited from the credit card on file the same date each month.
  • The charges for the Membership will appear on your credit card statement under the name Giffen Aesthetics, and you accept full financial responsibility for payment of these charges.
  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Month-to-month after a 3-month commitment.
  • Complimentary annual TCA Peel available after 3 months.
  • Free anniversary microtreatment includes choice of 1 Botox/Xeomin service up to 30 units, or 1 filler service up to $675 value.
    • Must be redeemed in one visit only, within 6 months of eligibility.
    • Your anniversary filler may be redeemed for a higher priced, filler based product. You will be responsible to pay the price difference.
  • Complimentary Lip Flip available with the purchase of at least 1 cc of filler.
  • You may cancel your Membership with a 48-hour notice of next billing cycle by emailing lisa@giffenaesthetics.com.
  • Giffen Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel your Membership at their discretion. In the event Giffen Aesthetics opts to cancel your Membership, dollar amount accumulated can be used for any retail products.
  • Membership must be up to date and in good standing to redeem Membership perks and benefits.
  • Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change at Giffen Aesthetics sole discretion.
  • Giffen Aesthetics agrees to provide up to fourteen (14) days notice of any material changes.

 

I understand that my monthly membership fee must be paid in full each month on my designated draw date in order to stay active in the membership. Only active members are eligible to use the membership discount, participate in members-only events or pre-sells, and purchase members-only discount packages. Free goods will only be deposited into my wallet if my membership fee is paid in full. I must cancel within 45 days of my draft date to avoid the charge, and if I cancel prior to my 12th installment, I will be charged a $250 cancellation fee and lose $250 of free product deposits in my wallet. I understand that I receive a 15% flat discount on all normal treatments. Giffen Aesthetics retains the right to decide if I can apply that discount to packages and promotions and whether I can combine with with other promotional discounts at the time of purchase. I must retain one working credit card on file at all times, and it is my responsibility to ensure my dues are paid. If Giffen Aesthetics is unable to charge my card for my monthly dues, I will have a 7 days grace period to rectify the situation. If I am unable, Giffen Aesthetics will consider it an early cancellation, and I will be unable to book until my cancellation fee is paid and my wallet credits are deducted. I will be required to pay the start up fee if I choose to re enroll.

I hereby authorize Giffen Aesthetics to charge the indicated credit card. I will not dispute Giffen Aesthetics billing with my credit card issuer so long as the amount in question was for services/products rendered prior to my canceling my account in the manner required. I guarantee and warrant that I am the legal card holder for this credit card and that I am legally authorized to enter into this billing agreement with Giffen Aesthetics.
